All our apparel is professionally printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) or screen-printed methods depending on the design. Some items may include specialty inks or vintage-style printing.


Q: Where are your products made?

All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners across the USA & EU. This ensures fast processing and reliable delivery.


Q: Are designs exclusive?

Yes!
Some items on Fazerstyles.com are exclusive, limited, or early-release designs that you won’t find on our Etsy shops.


🔵 ORDERING & PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept on this website?

We currently accept PayPal, which supports:

  • Debit / Credit cards

Q: Do you offer more payment options?

Yes!
If you prefer additional methods like credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or regional payments, simply click “View on Etsy” on the product page and checkout through Etsy.


Q: Why do you offer two checkout options (Website + Etsy)?

To give customers the most flexibility.
Our website offers exclusive items, while Etsy offers more payment options depending on your region. Both are official and secure.

Q: How long is production time?

Production takes 2–5 business days.


Q: How long is shipping time?

  • USA: 3–10 business days

  • EU: 4–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary during holidays and peak seasons.


Q: Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Possibly!
We work with multiple fulfillment centers, so your order may ship separately depending on item type and stock availability.


Q: Do you offer tracking?

Yes.
Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
For Etsy purchases, tracking will appear inside your Etsy account.


🔵 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Q: Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes!
We accept returns/exchanges for reasonable situations such as wrong size or dissatisfaction with fit.

(We provide the full return address upon request.)

Refund includes product price only, shipping not included.


Q: Do you offer free replacements?

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will send a FREE replacement or issue a refund.

Minor issues or human errors may also qualify for a replacement — just send us a photo.


Q: Do you offer refunds?

Yes.
If the mistake is on our side, we offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.


🔵 CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Since all items are made-to-order, once printing starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

Currently, custom personal designs are not available, but we may offer this in the future.
