✅ Refunds for Damaged / Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or with any production error, we will:

  • issue a full refund, or

  • send a free replacement

Just contact us with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.

If something small doesn’t meet expectations (e.g., print slightly off-center, color tone slightly different, etc.), please contact us — we’re friendly and flexible.
In many cases, we can offer:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a discount on your next order

We want you to feel happy wearing our products.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges for reasonable situations, such as:

  • ordered the wrong size

  • not satisfied with the fit

  • want to exchange for another design

For returns/exchanges:

  • The item must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition

  • Shipping costs are covered by the customer

  • Once we receive the item, we will process:

    • refund of the product price (excluding shipping)

    • or send your exchange item

  • Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept “change of mind” cancellations once production begins.

  • We do not refund shipping fees unless the issue is our fault.
